My full name is Elijah Sook Min Meschko. I was adopted from South Korea and grew up in Boerne, Texas.

I have many likes and passions. I like to go fishing, watch tv/movies, and work out. But none of those match up with my like/passion for sports. I grew up playing every sport possible and the lessons I learned from my days on the field/court have shaped who I am today.

During my first two years of college, I struggled with figuring out what I wanted to do as a profession. I was always good at writing and telling stories, but I didn't know what career that could lead to.

As I progressed through college, I learned that telling compelling stories of people, places, and things was fulfilling and rewarding. I finally figured out I wanted to major in Journalism and have a career in communications.
